You're on national television. You're nervous. You have to solve puzzles and spin giant wheels. It's a lot of pressure. In that situation, it's easy to mess up the small stuff -- like talking about your hobbies -- because you're so concerned with everything else. You might trip over your words, make a goofy face, or make a handjob gesture for so long that the host of the show is forced to do it too in an effort normalize the situation.
These things happen. And, look, don't feel bad: 100% of men have "karaoke elbow." There's no shame in it.
