The Bachelor: Ben Flajnik Chooses Courtney
"I will love you forever. I am so happy right now, you have no idea. 'Oh my Dad!' would be in order. I love you," Ben told Courtney.
"I will love you forever. I'm so happy," Courtney said in tears.
"I was hoping you'd say yes," Ben noted.
"Did you have any doubt?!" Courtney joked.
"You never know," Ben said. "I've loved you for a long time."
"This is the best day of my life!" Courtney exclaimed. "I'll love you forever. You're stuck with me!"
Ben then asked Courtney if she'd accept his final rose and she did with joy. The couple kissed, hugged and claimed they were the happiest two people in the world who had experienced the makings of a true fairytale although they hit "a few bumps" along the road.
The Bachelor's sixteenth-season finale began with Ben individually introducing Courtney and Lindzi to his family, who had traveled to Zermatt, Switzerland -- the finale's filming location -- to see Ben. Lindzi was the first bachelorette to meet the family members -- which consisted of Ben's mother Barbara and his sister Julia.
Ben said he was "head over heels in love" with both Courtney and Lindzi. He needed more time with Lindzi to see if she could open up and be more vulnerable, while he was still concerned about his former bachelorettes' warnings that Courtney was two different people and had treated them very badly. So Ben knew he had a difficult decision to make but was certain he had found love, which was the whole reason his The Bachelor journey ever began.
Ben was hoping to get some answers from his family and receive an outside perspective on his relationships. He was looking forward to their support and felt relief as his "backup had arrived." Ben's sister told him a woman who failed to get along with the other bachelorettes should be a big "red flag" in his eyes and he should think carefully about that. Ben noted his sister normally didn't approve of his past girlfriends.
Lindzi ended up getting a little klutzy and nervous around Ben's family, but she calmed down over time. She sat down with Barbara to talk, and Lindzi told her Ben was compassionate, loved life and they had wonderful conversations.
Lindzi said she fell in love with Ben, loved the person he was and would be "so honored" if she was the one he picked. She said she wasn't willing to let him go.
"I feel really good. Ben's family is awesome and I really enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them and I see a future. I'm really excited about where this is going, and after today, I feel like I'm one step closer to getting a proposal from Ben," Lindzi said.
"I'd say Lindzi is a total package and a nice young woman, and I think she really does love Ben, and I think she could very easily be ready to be engaged next week. She's great," Barbara said.
Once Lindzi left and Ben's family had time to reflect, Barbara noted how Courtney was a model. She reminded Ben that "beauty is only skin deep."
Meanwhile, Julia was shocked at the idea of a model becoming her sister-in-law and said, "Oh God Ben, come on." Julia thought it wasn't cool that Courtney didn't want to get to know any of the other girls and said she wasn't going to hesitate expressing her opinions to Ben because time was running out and she didn't want him to make a mistake.
Ben said he didn't think the Courtney everyone else got to know was the same girl he fell for. Julia thought Lindzi was wonderful and she liked her so much, that it made her feel apprehensive to warm up to Courtney because of the negative things she had just learned.
Afterward, Courtney met Ben's family and she was scared but excited, because she really wanted everything to go well -- just as Ben did. Ben said it was going to be important for Courtney to be herself to relieve some of his remaining concerns.

Nick Zoricic Dead: Ski Racer Dies During Skicross Crash In World Cup Event (VIDEO)
Saturday with the death of skicross racer Nik Zoricic, who suffered head injuries after crashing into the nets on the side of the course near the final jump of a race in Switzerland.
Ski authorities called it a "freak accident," much the same way they labeled the fatal accident of Canadian freestyle skier Sarah Burke, who crashed during halfpipe training two months to the day before Zoricic's accident.
Both Burke and Zoricic were 29.
International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge called Zoricic's death "a very sad day for the whole Olympic Movement."
"He was a young, gifted athlete who tragically died doing the sport he loved," Rogge said in a statement.
Skicross debuted at the Olympics in 2010, joining its sister sport of snowboardcross in the latest attempt by the IOC to bring a more exciting, youthful feel to the games. It's a dangerous discipline – known as "NASCAR on skis" – during which four racers jostle down a course filled with banks, rolls and ridges.
Despite the inherent danger, Max Gartner, president of Alpine Canada, said he was satisfied with the safety precautions in place for the race in Grindelwald, Switzerland.

San Francisco Bay Area Earthquake 2012- Full Video
San Francisco Bay Area early Monday morning, according to information from the United States Geological Survey.
According to the Associated Press, no damage has been reported, although Twitter users in the region reported being woken up by the tremor.
The earthquake's epicenter was one mile from El Cerrito, just east of Richmond and about ten miles north of Oakland, the USGS reports. Initially, the quake -- which struck at 5:33 a.m. PST -- was reported to have occurred at a depth of 5.5 miles, though that number was later revised to 5.7 miles.

Kirstie Alley Reveals Who She Would 'Die To Make Out With'
Kirstie Alley has been a hot ticket since she cha-cha-cha'd her way into viewers' hearts on "Dancing With The Stars" last year. Alley, 61, shot a pilot for a new sitcom for ABC called "The Manzanis", a fish-out-of-water story of an Italian American family from Brooklyn who moves to a country-club town in the suburbs only to clash with their new neighbors. China Woman's Guanghua Bridge Jump Attempt Thwarted By Officer Qiao Jinhai (VIDEO)
Beijing officer Qiao Jinhai foiled a potential tragedy last month when he saved a young woman and her baby from the edge of the city's Guanghua bridge. CCTV released footage of the harrowing scene captured by surveillance cameras.
Officer Jinhai rushed to the scene after commuters spotted the woman holding a young child climbing over the rails of the bridge, The Daily Mail reports. The officer managed to grab the desperate woman right as she appeared poised to jump into the water. She frantically clamped on to the edge of the bridge, while passersby rushed in and snatched the child from her arms.
